You are highly motivated, have excellent communication skills and have a passion for providing outstanding customer service. You are flexible and have a lifestyle that allows you to work show home hours. You are looking to grow, and eventually move into an Area Manager role at Shane Homes.

Previous experience as a Sales Advisor at a new-home builder
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Outstanding customer service and people skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficient computer skills (CRM, DocuSign, Microsoft etc.)
Organizational skills and a high attention to detail
Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Could Look Like:
Supporting the Area Sales Manager in nurturing the customer relationship from beginning to end with a strong focus in providing an amazing customer experience
Assisting the Area Manager in selling a new home and writing a deal
Showcasing the features and benefits of Shane Homes to potential customers
Maintaining accuracy, control, and flow of all required documents daily
Remaining current on competitive sales data and inventory
Identifying and acquiring new customers through various methods of communication
Assisting in the ongoing development of sales and systems
Attending bi-monthly sales meetings at Shane Homes corporate office
Participating in grand openings and community events
Assisting with lead generation and nurturing duties
Working with the marketing team and Area Manager on social media strategies
Communicating with buyers during construction and providing consistent updates
