The Short Version
This is an active, in-person role. You'll spend your days at consumer-facing events across Winnipeg, helping people understand their telecommunications options, answering questions, and making sure every interaction leaves a positive impression. No two days look exactly the same, and you'll always have a team supporting you.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers at on-site events and walk them through their telecommunications options clearly and without pressure
- Field questions and resolve concerns with patience and a professional attitude
- See each customer through from their first question to a completed transaction or appropriate referral
- Keep tidy, accurate records of daily interactions and flag useful feedback to the team
- Stay informed on current offers, product details, and any campaign updates
- Show up consistently and contribute to a team that genuinely relies on each other
Requirements
- You're a natural communicator who puts people at ease quickly
- You stay composed and organized when things get busy
- You're dependable and take your work seriously without taking yourself too seriously
- You're open to structured training and want to develop real, transferable skills
- A background in hospitality, retail, or any people-facing environment is a bonus — not a barrier
- Can commit to full-time hours in Winnipeg
Pay: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
