Duties
- Engage with potential and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including visiting dealerships, retail outlets, and B2B partners.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to identify new opportunities and nurture ongoing relationships.
- Conduct high-end sales negotiations, upselling products and services to maximize revenue.
- Support the sales process by preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Assist in sales support activities such as order processing, follow-up communications, and after-sales service.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends using CRM tools.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and sales techniques.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline from prospecting through closing.
- Knowledge of high-end sales strategies and deal management within dealership or luxury retail settings.
- Ability to support the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and after-sales support.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing principles and techniques for customer engagement.
- Math skills necessary for pricing calculations, discounts, and financial negotiations.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients.
