Job Description
Toytexx Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Livestream Sales Host to promote and sell our products through livestream selling. This position is suitable for someone who is confident on camera, speaks very good English, enjoys interacting with customers, and has strong sales energy.
The livestream host will present products, explain features, answer customer questions, create excitement during the livestream, and help increase online sales revenue.
Main Responsibilities
- Host livestream selling sessions on Whatnot.com
- Clearly introduce and demonstrate products to online customers
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions
- Engage with viewers in a friendly and professional way
- Encourage customers to place orders during the livestream
- Help prepare products before the livestream
- Assist with some physical tasks, such as moving, lifting, organizing, or displaying products
- Follow company instructions, sales scripts, and livestream procedures
Requirements
- Very good spoken English
- Comfortable speaking on camera
- Friendly, energetic, and confident personality
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience is an asset
- Livestream, social media, or online selling experience is an asset
- Able to do some physical work, including lifting and moving products when needed
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Available for part-time work, with each livestream lasting approximately 2–4 hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Whatnot, TikTok Live, Instagram Live, Facebook Live, or other livestream platforms
- Interest in toys, home products, furniture, general merchandise, or e-commerce
- Ability to create an exciting shopping atmosphere during livestream sessions
Work Location
This position may involve livestreaming from our warehouses or office location in Markham, Ontario.
