Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Healthcare Sales Representative with 1–3 years of sales experience to join our team. The role is focused on the Canada market, with strong relationship-building skills and experience in CRM-based sales processes. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector in Canada
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and key decision-makers
- Conduct sales presentations and clearly communicate services and solutions
- Use CRM systems to track leads, manage pipeline, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and market developments
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of sales experience (healthcare sales, medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or B2B sales preferred)
- Experience using CRM tools for managing sales activities and customer relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setup
Pay: $2,000.00-$3,000.00 per month
