Job Overview
We're hiring proactive Customer Service Agents to support technicians in the field by calling customers when delays arise. You’ll notify customers if a technician is running behind and provide them with updated ETAs using real-time information from FSM systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Confirm technician status and estimate of delay
- Call affected customers to inform them of the delay and offer support/rescheduling if needed
- Record call details, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM system
- Communicate with dispatch and technicians when necessary
- Maintain professionalism and a customer-first approach on every call
Work Schedule
We operate 7 days a week to support field teams across Canada. Agents are assigned staggered weekly shifts for full coverage:
- Weekdays (Mon–Fri): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM - can take more shifts if interested
Required Tools & Systems (provided with training)
- FSM Access (Field Service Management)
- CRM / Call Tracking System
- Access to filtered dashboards, customer records, technician status, and ETA data
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of Call Centre experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- A desire to learn, grow, and build your professional skill set
