We are seeking a professional, experienced Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position have experience dealing with a variety of people in a busy environment and will enjoy helping others in a quick-paced, high-energy atmosphere.
If you have a can-do attitude, strong communication skills and enjoy working with people, then this could be the right position for you.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to caller requests and solve problems.
- Work closely with team members from other departments as well as your own department.
- Provide information on hotel charges and amenities.
- Process guests as they Check In or Check Out
- Make reservations and process reservation changes according to applicable hotel policies.
- Direct callers to the appropriate department.
- Stay calm in stressful situations.
- Process payments and deposits.
- Interact with clients and coworkers using telephone, radio and computer systems.
Pay: $21.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chemainus, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
