Requirements:
- Knowledge of Energy Management (an asset)
- Certified Red Seal Electrical Journeyperson (minimum 1 year required)
- Experience with Instrumentation, Automation, HVAC, AAS, BAS (preferred)
- Familiar with Microsoft Visio
- Good understanding of the Canadian Electrical Code. FSR-B is (an asset)
- Knowledge of programming, access, and surveillance systems, fire alarm, and network topology
- N4/Tridium certification (an asset)
- Trained with Distech Controls (an asset)
- Graphic Design is (an asset)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
- Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities (electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving, networking)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and hold a clean driving record
- Willing to work after hours and on an on-call rotational basis
- Team player that functions well in a busy environment
