Service Manager – E-Bikes, Mobility Scooters & Golf Carts
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team! We specialize in servicing e-bikes, mobility scooters, golf carts, and more — and we’re growing. Providing and managing service for units sold between 5 locations.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day service department operations
- Manage repair workflows, technician scheduling, and customer communication
- Ensure jobs are completed accurately, on time, and to a high standard
- Build strong relationships with customers and follow up on service needs
- Handle estimates, work orders, and service documentation
- Identify upsell and add-on opportunities to drive department revenue
What We Offer
- $20/hr base pay
- Performance-based commission — averages around $30/hr total, with top performers reaching $35/hr (commission is based on performance and not guaranteed)

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a service, repair, or dealership environment (powersports, automotive, cycling, or similar is a plus)
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
- Mechanically inclined or willing to learn our products
