Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general mechanical repairs on vehicles such as brakes, suspension, oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, etc.
- Install, balance, rotate, mount, inspect and repair tires for a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently and accurately
- Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs or maintenance
- Use diagnostic tools and shop equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members about vehicle issues and repair timelines
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure vehicles are returned to customers in safe and clean condition
- Assist with inventory management and ensure proper stocking of tires and parts
- Document detailed records of work performed
Qualifications:
- 2 Years experience as a mechanic required
- Ability to operate tire service and mechanical equipment
- Physical stamina to lift tires and work on vehicles for extended periods
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Valid driver’s license required
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
