Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support to the HR across employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, offboarding, employee records).
Assist in recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate tracking.
Support HR data management and reporting (HRIS updates, dashboards, documentation).
Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor requirements.
Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
