Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality products efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring the timely completion of manufacturing orders while maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and finish products according to specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal operation.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects, making necessary corrections.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times during machine operation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Report any machine malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience operating industrial sewing machines in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret production specifications and patterns.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
