We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Assistants (ECA) or Early Childhood Educators (ECE) to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and well-being of young children in a nurturing educational environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, experience in early childhood education, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Duties
- Implementing daily lesson plans and activities that promote learning and social development
- Support children with their individual needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring an inclusive environment
- Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, meals, and rest periods
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Engage children in educational games, arts and crafts, and other age-appropriate activities
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to support children's progress and well-being
- Follow all licensing regulations and program policies related to early childhood education and caregiving
Skills
- Prior classroom experience working with young children is preferred
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage and motivate children
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Compassionate caregiving skills with patience and understanding
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic environment

Pay: $25.61-$32.19 per hour
