Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles and machinery. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Mechanic will ensure that all equipment operates efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall productivity of our operations.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and machinery, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Repair or replace defective parts and components in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards while working in the shop or field.
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems.
Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment relevant to vehicle maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
