About the Company:
Pioneer Window & Door Mfg. is a mid-sized, Winnipeg based business that provides product and service to the immediate area for all commercial and residential glass, window, and door needs. This growing company is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate has experience working with building plans, creating quotes, order desks, and office administration. They have a working knowledge of construction, residential windows and doors, commercial windows and doors, aluminum fabrication, window and door assembly, installation practices, and materials. If you do not have these things, we are happy to train.
Applicants with office, order desk, lumber yard, construction, or admin experience are also good candidates.

Duties may include:
- Intercepting customers (in person, phone, email)
- Providing quotes using window software
- Processing inside sales
- Assisting sales team with quoting
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
Applicants must have strong skills in the following areas:
- Organization and Time Management
- Speaking and Communication
- Ability to Learn and Use Software
- Basic Math
- Ability to Work Independently as well as Collaboratively
- Excellent customer service skills (experience in a customer-facing role is an asset)
