Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing strategies, including Lead Gen, SEO, Google Ads, CRM, tracking and analytics. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, utilizing a variety of digital tools and creative skills. The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in running audits marketing and operation audits, optimizing our online presence, managing advertising campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure continuous growth.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across lead gen platforms and social media channels.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Advertising
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Maintain and update website content through WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as needed.
- Repair and update tracking and tagging when necessary.
- Create reporting dashboard and produce insight and recommendations
- Monitor website traffic and campaign performance utilizing Google Analytics and other analytics tools; generate reports to inform strategy adjustments.
- Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Collaborate directly with the founder to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Stay current with the latest trends in digital marketing, including SEO best practices, emerging platforms, and advertising techniques.
- Smart use of AI tools and features to create systems and ship workload faster
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including Lead Gen, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, CRM (GoHighLevel) and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of keyword research techniques and SEO strategies and the use of AI to deliver fast results.
- Experience with Google AdWords and Google Analytics is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to measure campaign success and optimize future efforts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
- Creative mindset with strong graphic design skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices in social media advertising.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
