HOURS OF WORK:
The stated hours of work are approximate as schedules are subject to change with the operational needs of the Health Centre. Changes made to hours of work will follow the terms of the applicable collective agreement, company policy and/or legislation.
Type of Shifts: Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends, Statutory Holidays
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Dialysis Assistant is responsible for supporting the Clinical and Technical Teams by assisting with various tasks required for the smooth operations of the unit and patient care.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Grade 12 or equivalent and knowledge/experience with medical supplies/equipment.

Completion of the Dialysis Assistant Certificate withing 6 months of hire required.

Dialysis Assistant Certificate Program preferred.
WHO YOU ARE:

Computer skills are essential - knowledge of Microsoft Windows

Demonstrated ability to deal effectively and co-operatively with all levels of staff, patients, physicians, volunteers and the public.

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills are important for interaction with patients and staff.

Demonstrated organizational and time management skills are required to multi-task and prioritise workload.
