Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Onsite Coordinator to oversee daily operations at our client’s location. This role is vital in ensuring seamless communication between the client and internal teams, managing staffing processes, and supporting talent acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and experience in talent sourcing.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the one of the point of contact on-site, maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal teams
- Coordinate staffing needs through effective sourcing strategies utilizing ATS platforms like iCIMS, Lever, or Bullhorn
- Conduct interviews and assist in screening candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining a positive work environment
- Support training & development initiatives to enhance team performance and compliance
- Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities, interview feedback, and candidate pipelines
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, clients, and internal teams
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies including sourcing through social media platforms and cold calling techniques
- Ability to conduct interviews confidently and assess candidate suitability for various roles
- Familiarity with HR functions such as employee relations, onboarding, training & development
Hours of work: 6:45am - 3:00pm
This Onsite Coordinator role is essential in delivering exceptional staffing solutions while fostering strong relationships within the organization. The position requires a proactive mindset combined with technical expertise in HR systems and recruiting platforms.
