iGuard360° Security is currently hiring Tactical / Residential Patrol Security Guards our residential communities in the Greater Toronto Area. We are seeking a professional, confident, and proactive guard who can maintain a strong security presence, conduct effective patrols, provide excellent customer service, and confidently handle trespassers or unwanted individuals on the property.
This position requires strong situational awareness, de-escalation skills, and clear communication with residents, management, and our operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the property
- Conduct regular foot patrols of the residential community, including interior and exterior areas
- Monitor, identify, and safely address trespassers or unauthorized individuals on-site
- Utilize tact and sound judgment to de-escalate situations when required
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents, visitors, and contractor personnel
- Document all incidents, observations, and activities in clear and accurate reports
- Respond to security concerns, property disturbances, and emergency situations
- Communicate effectively with site management and the iGuard360 operations team
- Follow site procedures, safety protocols, and company policies at all times
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License (mandatory)
- Previous tactical, residential, or high-profile security experience preferred
- Strong de-escalation and conflict-management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Comfortable addressing trespassers and unwanted individuals professionally and safely
- Ability to conduct continuous patrols and remain alert throughout shifts
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Must be able to work evening, overnight, or weekend shifts based on site needs

Pay: From $18.10 per hour
