We are seeking a skilled and personable Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional treatments, including massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, body scrubs, body wraps and waxing. You will deliver outstanding customer service in a welcoming environment. Duties
- Perform a variety of esthetic services such as facials, massages, body scrubs, body wraps, manicures, pedicures, and waxing
- Assist clients at the front desk with scheduling appointments, check-in, and check-out processes
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of treatment rooms and equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aftercare instructions
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and operational flow
Requirements
- Valid Esthetician license in accordance with regulations
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proven ability in upselling services
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling and client inquiries
- Knowledge of current skincare trends and techniques is a plus
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
