Help grow brands found in Canada's biggest retailers.
For more than 140 years, Caulfeild Apparel Group has built a reputation for excellence in the Canadian apparel industry. Today, we are expanding our portfolio of global brands across Canada’s leading retailers and are looking for a Retail Key Account Manager to become a trusted business partner to one of our largest national retail accounts.
If you're passionate about building long-term customer relationships, using data to drive business decisions, solving challenges, and delivering exceptional results, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a newly created role that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping shape the future of one of our most important customer partnerships.
What You'll Do
You'll be the day-to-day partner for one of our largest national retail customers and be responsible for driving exceptional service, identifying growth opportunities, and helping strengthen one of our most important customer relationships.
You'll:
- Build and strengthen relationships with buyers and buying teams.
- Deliver exceptional execution, follow-up and customer service - every time.
- Analyze sales, Point-of-Sale (POS) and inventory data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Monitor inventory, sell-through and competitive activity to uncover opportunities for future growth.
- Prepare line reviews, customer presentations, business reviews and product samples.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Operations and Leadership to align customer needs with Caulfeild's business objectives.
- Visit stores to assess merchandising, pricing, product placement and competitive positioning.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, thrives on execution, and enjoys making things happen.
What You'll Bring
- 4–6 years' experience managing or supporting major retail accounts (Costco, Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and experience interpreting POS and inventory data.
- Excellent communication, organization and follow-through.
- Experience preparing customer presentations and business reviews.
- Experience with retailer systems such as Walmart Retail Link/Luminate, Costco reporting, or similar is an asset.
- Apparel or consumer goods experience is preferred.
- You’re confident working alongside senior leadership, comfortable supporting the owner’s customer relationship, and equally comfortable leading meetings and customer interactions when needed.
Most importantly, you're commercially minded, collaborative, and proactive. You build trusted relationships, turn data into action, and work across teams to deliver results for both the customer and Caulfeild.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow with a fast-growing Canadian company.
