Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile <PERSON> to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of construction and maintenance person skills, enabling them to take on various tasks in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for various projects
- Perform concrete forming for foundations and other structures
- Execute restoration projects with precision and care
- Install cabinets and perform cabinetry adjustments as needed
- Carry out construction painting tasks to enhance aesthetics
- Operate CNC machinery for precise cutting and shaping of materials
- Engage in masonry work including bricklaying and stone setting
- Oversee flooring installation, including tile laying and hardwood setups
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks
- Conduct carpentry duties such as framing, trimming, and woodworking
- Estimate construction needs accurately for project planning
- Install rebar for reinforced concrete structures
- Participate in roofing projects ensuring safety and quality standards are met
- Apply caulking for sealing gaps in various installations
- Perform heavy lifting as required during project execution
- Provide maintenance person services including plumbing repairs and electrical work
Experience
Candidates should have a well-rounded background in construction with experience in the following areas:
- Blueprint reading
