Olympic Marine and Recreation Lake Country is searching for a client focused Parts Manager to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, customer-focused professional with strong inventory management skills and experience working within a dealership environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in parts operations, inventory control, vendor management, and customer service. Experience with PBS Systems is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Parts Department
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
- Maintain accurate inventory records within PBS
- Work closely with Service and Sales teams to support customer and dealership needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
- Monitor and manage parts department profitability and performance
- Ensure timely processing of customer orders and special-order parts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department
- Assist with warranty parts processing and returns as required
Qualifications
Required
- Previous experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Advisor
- Strong working knowledge of PBS Systems
- Excellent inventory management and purchasing skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
- Marine, powersports, automotive, agricultural, or recreational vehicle industry experience
- Understanding of marine products, accessories, and equipment
- Experience managing inventory across multiple product lines and suppliers
