Overview of role:
The Manager, Offer Management & Dynamic Pricing is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance of WestJet's Offer Management capabilities, with a primary focus on dynamic pricing of fares and ancillary products, dynamic bundling, and modern offer optimization.
Working across Pricing, Revenue Management, Digital, Distribution, Commercial Technology, and external technology partners, this role ensures WestJet's Offer Management platform delivers innovative retailing capabilities that maximize revenue, improve guest value, and support the airline's long-term Modern Retailing strategy.
This leader will translate commercial objectives into scalable product capabilities, balancing business priorities, customer experience, operational readiness, and technical delivery.
Key Deliverables include:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the product roadmap for Offer Management and Dynamic Pricing capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve commercial performance through pricing innovation and offer optimization.
- Prioritize investments based on revenue impact, customer value, operational readiness, and strategic objectives.
- Develop business cases and recommendations for future capabilities.
- Dynamic Pricing & Offer Optimization
- Lead the evolution of WestJet's pricing capabilities across:
- Dynamic fare pricing
- Dynamic ancillary pricing
- Dynamic bundle generation
- Optimization and decisioning
- Commercial experimentation and testing
- Pricing rule governance and configuration
- Partner with Pricing and Revenue Management teams to ensure pricing strategies can be effectively executed through Offer Management.
- Cross-Functional Delivery
- Lead business delivery of new capabilities by partnering with stakeholders across the organization including Pricing, Revenue Management, Distribution, Digital, Commercial Technology, Finance, and Contact Centre.
- Coordinate business requirements, testing, change management, and release readiness to ensure successful implementation.

- Monitor product performance and identify optimization opportunities through key commercial metrics, including:
- Revenue uplift
- Conversion rates
- Ancillary attachment
- Bundle performance
- Pricing effectiveness
- Customer adoption
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Offer Management analysts
- Establish priorities and ensure alignment across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Foster collaboration across Commercial, Technology, and Digital teams.
- Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in airline commercial strategy, pricing, revenue management, product management, or distribution.
- Experience delivering complex technology or commercial transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
