Gemini Gymnastics offers a wide variety of recreational gymnastics programs for all ages and is well known for its successful Women's Artistic Gymnastics competitive program.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, dependable, and team-oriented individual with experience coordinating and/or managing recreational gymnastics programs.
The successful candidate should have experience with Microsoft Office, website management, registration software, and social media platforms. They should also be able to manage program scheduling, collaborate with coaches and staff to develop engaging lesson plans, lead coaches' meetings, and support the ongoing development of our coaching team.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential, along with a genuine passion for working with children and helping them develop through sport.
Candidates should hold an NCCP Women's Artistic Gymnastics certification (Level 1 or higher), possess strong technical knowledge of gymnastics, and be confident teaching both fundamental and advanced skills in a safe, positive, and supportive environment.
Hours & Compensation
- Late afternoon, evening, and weekend availability required
- 15–35 hours per week, depending on availability
- Competitive hourly wage based on qualifications and experience
Requirements
- NCCP Level 1 (Competition Introduction) or higher in Women's Artistic Gymnastics, or willingness to obtain
- Strong background in artistic gymnastics with previous coaching experience
- Valid First Aid and CPR/C Certification, or willingness to obtain
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
