EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time
COMPENSATION RANGE: $55,000 - 60,000

Responsibilities:
- Provide support for customer requests, analyze problems, and escalate issues when necessary
- Communicate technical information to nontechnical users
- Troubleshoot desktop and printer hardware and software issues; resolve issues to the end user's satisfaction
- Install, configure, and test all new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and connectivity issues
Experience Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of one (1) year of experience in the resolution of issues related to desktop, applications, or network systems in a Windows environment
OR
- A university degree or diploma in computer science recent graduate
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong written documentation and note-taking skills.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including:
- TCP/IP
- DNS
- DHCP
- VPN Connectivity
- Wireless Networking
Beneficial to have:
While not required, experience with any of the following technologies would be considered an asset:
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
- Azure Fundamentals
- IT Service Management platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice, Zendesk, etc.)
- Sophos Endpoint Security
- Dell hardware platforms
- Cisco, Meraki, or Ubiquiti networking equipment
- Enterprise laptop and desktop deployments
- Hospitality technology platforms
- Multi-site support environments
- Customer service or hospitality experience
Education:
- A university degree, diploma in computer science, or related IT certificates.
The following certifications are considered assets:
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA Security+
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
- Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
