NOW HIRING: DENTAL ADMINISTRATOR
The first voice they hear. The warmest face they see. That is you.
When a nervous patient finally decides to call a dental clinic, the voice on the other end of that phone can either confirm their fears or change their mind entirely. At Langford Dental, that voice is you, and it might be the most important role in our entire practice.
Langford Dental is an established, growing dental clinic located in the heart of the Westshore community, offering a comprehensive range of family, cosmetic, surgical, and emergency dental services under one roof. We are looking for a Dental Administrator who understands that exceptional service is not a department, it is a mindset.
Why Langford Dental?
Langford Dental exists because too many people avoid the care they need due to anxiety, bad experiences, or the feeling of being rushed through an impersonal system. We have built a practice from scratch, with thoughtful design, advanced technology, and a culture of genuine care, to change that.
Our clinic is warm, welcoming, and beautiful, situated on Goldstream Avenue, and easy access from across the Westshore, we have proudly served Langford and the surrounding Victoria area since 2016. It is an incredibly visible, accessible, and vibrant location that attracts a wide and growing patient community. But the experience begins before a patient ever walks through our doors. It begins with a phone call, a warmly worded email, and the feeling that someone on the other end actually cares about getting them the help they need.
As our Dental Administrator, you are the ambassador of Langford Dental. You set the tone. You build the relationship. You are the reason patients feel confident before they even sit in the chair.
