Applicator / Equipment Operator - Stayner, ON
Our client is looking for an experienced Applicator to join their agricultural operations team. This is a hands-on role that combines field application work with plant and warehouse responsibilities. The successful candidate will support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment focused on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Depending on availability and operational needs, the role may be full-time seasonal (April–November) or full-time year-round.

Responsibilities
- Operate fertilizer and crop input application equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure accurate application rates using onboard technology and GPS systems
- Conduct daily inspections, calibration, and basic maintenance of equipment
- Assist with receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming inventory
- Support blending, packaging, and order fulfillment activities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

Qualifications
- Valid DZ or AZ driver’s license
- Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Comfortable working at heights
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced, and seasonal environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work extended hours during peak operational periods
- Experience with agricultural equipment or forklift operation an asset
