Job Summary
Fulltime Counsellor who is a Registered Psychologist, currently registered and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologist or a Registered Social Worker at the Master’s level, who is registered and in good standing with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers. Individual should be credentialed to work with families, couples and individuals who may be experiencing a wide range of issues, i.e., depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and personality disorders, i.e., borderline personality disorder.
Strong communication, rapport and excellent counselling skills in various modalities is required. Individual should have experience in one or more counselling environments. Individual should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and be willing to participate in monthly team meetings. Individual should have demonstrated self-initiative/directive skills and have a willingness to work flexible hours.
The individual should be self-starting and willing to participate in company paid marketing ventures through Gateways Counselling. Individual will be required to work in an on-line platform for booking, record keeping, payment and invoicing to various insurance companies. Some manual invoice would also be required.
Renumeration is competitive and is based on experience. Gateways provides a supportive team environment.
