Retail Supervisor – Relocation Required – TranceVape
Job Summary
TranceVape is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Supervisor for a relocation-based opportunity. This position is ideal for candidates who are willing to relocate and grow with a rapidly expanding retail company. The successful candidate will oversee daily store operations, lead sales teams, maintain high operational standards, and deliver exceptional customer service while adapting to new store locations as required by the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent customer service standards
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure merchandising displays and product presentation align with company standards
- Handle POS transactions, cash handling, and basic bookkeeping accurately
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a strong workforce
- Support sales growth through effective merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Manage employee scheduling, payroll support, and administrative responsibilities
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards
- Relocate and provide operational support to assigned store locations as required by the company
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous supervisory or management experience in retail sales or store operations
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness and flexibility to relocate is mandatory for this position
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and inventory management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in recruiting, training, and staff development is preferred
- Customer service-focused mindset with professional phone etiquette
- Knowledge of merchandising, sales strategies, scheduling, and payroll processes preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are considered an asset
