Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused and sales driven Supplement Advisor to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of health supplements, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and guiding them to make informed health choices.
**Must be comfortable making self driven, trendy content on platforms like Instagram and Tik Tok **
Duties
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate supplements based on their needs and preferences
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain supplement benefits effectively
- Upsell products to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure product displays are attractive and organized
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and receipts
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening, clear communication, and professional phone etiquette
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers during shifts
- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management
- Support promotional activities and participate in product training sessions to stay informed about new offerings
- Content creation.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- English speaking
- Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales is advantageous
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
- Excellent organizational skills and time management to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and upsell effectively
- Prior experience in health supplements or related fields is a plus but not mandatory
