We are an extremely busy residential real estate law office located in Downtown Vancouver and are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our firm.
You must be willing to work under tight deadlines and schedules. In addition to usual reception tasks, the following tasks are required to be done as well:
- arranging signing appointments and managing the appointment calendar
- ordering office supplies
- Providing day-to-day administrative assistance such as managing mail, courier deliveries, and basic office documents
- Assisting billing issues
This is a permanent position to start at a date to be discussed.
