We are an industry leader in the design and manufacture of a wide variety of robust, high-performance bulk material handling solutions. In addition to our custom-designed products, we also design and manufacture a full line of hoisting equipment for truck dump body applications under the NORDIC trade name.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiver to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience operating forklifts (including rough terrain models), is organized, and takes pride in maintaining accurate inventory records. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming materials, supporting inventory control, and contributing to a safe, efficient workplace.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Unload freight safely and efficiently using appropriate material handling equipment
- Sort and organize received materials and components for inventory and production use
- Kit parts and materials into production orders according to work order requirements
- Accurately document received goods using basic data entry systems
- Organize and store materials in designated locations
- Safely operate forklifts, including rough terrain models, to move materials as required
- Assist with loading outbound freight shipments as needed
- Communicate discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials to appropriate team members
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory control processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with team members and take on additional tasks as needed
Skills and Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant receiving or warehouse experience
- Forklift operation experience (Rough Terrain preferred)
- Valid forklift certification is an asset
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Team-oriented and dependable, with the ability to work independently

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
