We are seeking reliable and hardworking Steel Production Labourers to join our team in the steel drum manufacturing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production of high-quality steel drums, ensuring all processes are performed efficiently and safely while maintaining the standards of quality expected by the company.
Job Description (includes but is not limited to):
- Steel Drum Assembly: Assist in the fabrication of steel drums.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished products.
- Inspection & Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with safety standards and customer specifications.
- Maintenance & Cleaning: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment and the production area to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members and production supervisors to meet daily production targets.
- Wear all required PPE and follow and enforce all company rules and policies;
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to receive work instructions;
- Ability to read English and be able to follow written procedures;
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
- Exceptional positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $20.79 per hour
