Integrative Functional Recovery Room (IFRR) is looking for an exceptional Physiotherapist to join our rapidly growing multidisciplinary team.
We currently have an immediate need for a physiotherapist due to increasing physician and community referrals. Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time hours, we have the patient volume and flexibility to support either.
This is an opportunity to practice in a truly collaborative medical environment—one that is different from the traditional private practice model.

- Immediate access to medical physicians for consultation when needed
- Same-building access to a pharmacy and diagnostic imaging referrals
- Evidence-informed, patient-centred approach with emphasis on education, exercise, lifestyle medicine, and long-term outcomes—not simply symptom management
- Collaborative team including Chiropractors, Naturopathic Doctors, Acupuncturists, with Physiotherapy playing a central role in patient care

Our patients frequently arrive with:
- Acute injuries
- Sports injuries
- Persistent pain
- Post-operative rehabilitation
- Running injuries
- Arthritis and degenerative conditions
- Workplace injuries/MVA
- Complex cases requiring collaboration with physicians
You'll never feel like you're working alone.
What You'll Do
- Assess and manage a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions
- Provide exceptional hands on care
- Develop individualized rehabilitation programs
- Prescribe evidence-based exercise therapy
- Collaborate closely with physicians and our multidisciplinary team
- Help patients understand their diagnosis and empower long-term recovery
- Contribute to a positive, supportive clinic culture
