We are seeking a reliable, dedicated, and hardworking Landscaping Laborer to join our team full-time. In this role, you will assist with a variety of outdoor residential and commercial landscaping projects.
This is a demanding, fast-paced outdoor position. The ideal candidate must be physically fit, comfortable working in all weather conditions, and willing to put in a solid day's work. If you do not have a vehicle or driver's license, we can arrange to pick you up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of fencing and retaining walls (Allen blocks).
- Prepare ground surfaces and install fresh turf/grass and window wells.
- Lay pavers and assist with hardscaping projects.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
- Perform heavy lifting, moving materials (soil, gravel, blocks), and site cleanup.
Requirements:
- Language: Must be fluent in Punjabi to communicate effectively with the team.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform heavy lifting and continuous physical labor daily.
- Stamina: Must be comfortable working outdoors for long hours in all weather conditions (rain, heat, etc.).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and committed to a 6-day work week.
- Experience: Previous construction or landscaping experience is an asset but not required—we will train the right hardworking individual.
Pay: $17.85-$22.00 per hour
