The Assistant Kitchen Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that all guests needs are met by following proper staff training, food recipes and preparation, and health regulations.
An Assistant Kitchen Manager needs to be a leader by posessing a mature and empathetic nature to motivate the entire team towards our share goal of providing amazing hospitality.
A minimum six months management experience preferred. Food safe certified, first aid certified also preferred.
