Responsibilities:
- Manage team of up to 4 people while performing services; motivate, coach, and mentor team
- Performs landscape \"Extras\" such as hand garden weeding, planting of annuals, perennials, shrubs, spring clean-up, fall clean-up, trimming, and pruning, garden bed creation, sod and tree install, mulch install and planting
- Operates a variety of mechanical and hand equipment including but not limited to bed edgers, commercial mowers, blowers, dump trailers, pruners, line trimmers, and tillers
- Address clients' questions, comments, and concerns
Complete daily paperwork ie: crew time sheets (digital), vehicle and trailer checklist, work orders and other required documents

Job Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted G Driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
- Three years' experience in this or a related field (Required)
- Previous leadership experience
- Able to work days, weekends, early morning, early evening
- Willingness to work occasional overtime
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature
