We are looking for a heavy duty Equipment dispatcher to assist in the coordination of heavy machinery and operators ensuring efficient project execution and timely completion. This involves tasks like scheduling, communication, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities include creating and managing daily and weekly schedules for heavy equipment and operators based on project requirements and timelines, relaying information about work orders, project updates, and equipment status between operators, supervisors, mechanics and other relevant personnel. Tracking the location and availability of equipment, ensuring it's properly maintained and dispatched to correct sites, addressing any issues or delays that arise during operations, such as equipment malfunctions, scheduling conflicts, or unexpected changes in project needs. Communicating with customers or project managers to address inquiries, provide updates, confirm scheduling and resolve any concerns related to equipment or operations. Maintaining accurate records of equipment usage, operator hours, and other relevant data. Applicant must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively, work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others.
