ob Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This role is essential in providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for our residents and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and presentation are met consistently. Experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the industry.
Duties
- Performs daily and weekly cleaning of resident suites as required in accordance with established procedures, schedules and job routines
- Adheres to infection prevention control protocols to ensure resident safety and wellbeing
- Cleans all common areas according to established policies, procedures and schedules.
- Relenishes supplies as required.
- Performs additional cleaning and sanitizing as required, in accordance with established procedures and schedules.
- Ensures housekeeping room closets, equipment and carts are kept in a clean, safe and sanitary condition.
- Provided general assistance to residents as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of grade 12.
- Minimum of 2 years exsperience is a similar housekeeping position is preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, in English
- Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable working with disinfectant and cleaning chemicals as well as hazardous materials.
Pay: $18.92 per hour
