Jetco Mechanical Limited is expanding, and we’re looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our HVAC team.
We are currently hiring across multiple roles, including:
- Project Managers
- Estimators
- Project/Service Coordinators
- Supervisors
- Journeyman HVAC Technicians
- Apprentices (all levels)
- Entry-level / starters
Wage: Competitive and based on position and experience.
What You’ll Do
Depending on your role, responsibilities may include:
- Managing mechanical construction projects, budgets, and schedules
- Estimating and preparing tenders from drawings and specifications
- Coordinating projects, service work, and field operations
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Installing furnaces, air conditioners, rooftop units, and ventilation systems
- Ductwork installation, layout, and modifications
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical systems
- Start-up, commissioning, and performance testing of equipment
- Working safely at heights, in mechanical rooms, and active construction environments
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean/organized worksite
- Communicating with team members, clients, and suppliers
- Supporting job documentation, procurement, and project close-outs
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in HVAC/mechanical construction (varies by role)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and professionalism
- Valid Driver’s License (field roles)
- Leadership experience is an asset
