The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using professional cleaning equipment, including steam vacuums, and is committed to maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary spaces.
Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial facilities, including offices, retail spaces, and common areas
Operate professional cleaning equipment such as steam vacuums, wet/dry vacuums, floor scrubbers, and carpet cleaners
Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, floors, windows, furniture, and high-touch surfaces
Vacuum, mop, sweep, dust, and polish surfaces according to cleaning standards
Remove trash and recyclables and properly dispose of waste
Identify areas requiring deep cleaning and report maintenance or safety concerns
Follow cleaning checklists, schedules, and client-specific instructions
Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to manufacturer and safety guidelines
Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure supplies are properly stocked
Experience in residential and commercial cleaning
Proficiency in using steam vacuums and other professional cleaning equipment
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials
Understanding of safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically able to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 40 lbs, bend, and stand for extended periods
