We are seeking an experienced Restoration Supervisor to oversee restoration projects and field teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on restoration experience, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate restoration crews on-site (water, fire, mold damage)
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards
Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams
Inspect job sites and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Train and guide team members to improve performance
Manage schedules, materials, and daily reporting
Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions quickly
Requirements
Proven experience in restoration (water, fire, mold remediation)
Previous supervisory or team lead experience
Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of restoration equipment and procedures
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
Preferred Qualifications
IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, etc.)
Experience working with insurance claims
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
