The postal counter manager must ensure postal services for the customers offering high quality customer service by being attentive to the needs and responding to the requests of the customers.
Responsibilities :
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Advise customers on the different services offered by Canada Post
- Sort mail
- Manage mail returns
- Prepare packages
- Perform customer transactions
- Maintain the cleanliness of the postal counter
Requisite skills and knowledge:
- Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) - Completed
- 6 to 12 months similar experience
- Responsible and dynamic
