We’re looking for a Fixed Operations Manager to lead our Service and Parts teams with a strong operational mindset and a commitment to delivering a premium guest experience.
What You’ll Do

Lead all aspects of Service and Parts operations, ensuring department goals align with business objectives

Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies for continuous improvement

Foster collaboration between departments to streamline operations and enhance profitability

Develop and support department managers, driving a culture of accountability and growth

Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies

Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction while optimizing operational efficiency
What You Bring

5–10 years of leadership experience in automotive fixed operations
-
A proactive, strategic mindset with strong decision-making and planning skills

Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive performance
-
Exceptional communication, organizational, and coaching skills
-
Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
