Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. The ideal candidate will support daily restaurant operations by preparing and serving high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Assist in meal preparation and food handling to ensure timely service
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Support kitchen staff with cooking, plating, and food presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Assist in serving customers when needed, providing friendly and efficient service
- Ensure all food is stored correctly and inventory is managed appropriately
- Support overall restaurant operations during busy periods to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Basic understanding of food industry practices, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
