About the Role
We're a Canadian steel distributor offering pre-engineered buildings, structural steel, and custom steel solutions across residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial applications. We're growing fast and looking for driven sales professionals to handle inbound leads and convert them into customers.
This is a commission-based independent contractor role. We generate the leads — your job is to qualify, consult, and close. No cold calling required to get started.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responding to and qualifying inbound leads generated through our marketing channels
- Understanding customer needs and recommending the right building solution
- Managing your pipeline through our provided CRM from first contact to closed deal
- Following up consistently and professionally to move deals forward
- Developing product knowledge across our full range — PEMB, barndominium, workshop, agricultural, conventional structural, containers, IMP panels, and mezzanine systems
Who We're Looking For
- Experience in sales — construction, real estate, home services, or building materials is an asset but not required
- Comfortable having consultative conversations with homeowners, business owners, and small contractors
- Self-motivated and organized — you'll manage your own time and pipeline
- Reliable, professional communicator by phone and email
- Bilingual candidates are an advantage

Compensation
Commission-based independent contractor structure. Full details provided upon application. On-target earnings for a rep closing consistently are $80,000–$150,000+ annually.
