Job Overview
You will be working alongside experienced team members and using company‑provided technical drawings and work orders, production workers participate in the manufacturing of heat exchangers, refrigeration coils, and air conditioning coils.
Training is provided, and tasks may vary depending on skill level and production needs.
This position requires candidates to be adaptable, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute effectively within a manufacturing setting. Prior experience with manufacturing is highly valued for success in this role.
As part of the role, you will be required to:
- Maintain a level of fitness consistent with manufacturing work- many areas in the plant require an ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver heavy objects
- Learn how to read a tape measure and read exact measurements in inches
- Learn to interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
- Stand and sit for the duration of your shift
- Be able to work two shifts on a rotating basis; 7am to 3:30pm and 3:30pm to 12am
- Follow detailed instructions
- Adhere to all Health and Safety policies
