Maintain and repair overhead cranes, gas furnaces, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, gear reducers, and conveyors

Follow a preventative maintenance schedule, focusing on mechanical PM, troubleshooting, and repairs

Perform minor welding tasks as required

Complete project paperwork, including codes and parts used

Work closely with the maintenance team to support daily operations

Provide shift coverage during vacation periods and adapt to changing schedules
- What You Bring

Red Seal Millwright certification
-
2+ years of experience in a heavy industrial environment

Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills across cranes, furnaces, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors

Ability to bring and use your own basic tools

Comfortable working in industrial conditions—greasy, dirty, dusty, and sometimes hot

5+ years of heavy industrial experience

Experience in steel manufacturing

Strong teamwork and communication skills
