Position Overview:
A leading rental apartment developer and operator seeks a senior analyst with real estate sector experience to complement its Corporate Finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain a proforma for existing properties and evaluate potential acquisition targets
- Identify acquisition opportunities
- Track the operating performance of existing properties
- Assist in the property development process
- Prepare and update construction budgets
- Liaison with other departments, third-party consultants, and external consultants, professionals
- Liaison with investors and shareholders
Qualifications:
- A degree in finance, accounting or related fields
- CPA or CFA level 2+ candidate
- Financial analyst experience or training
Skill Requirements:
- Applicant must be detail-oriented
- Self-starter with good communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Takes the initiative to improve and excel
- Software skills using MS Office 365, PowerPoint, and other AI tools.
Compensations:
- Starting salary at $80,000 or higher, subject to experience, plus bonuses

Work days:
- Four days at the office, one day work-from-home
- Paid holidays include 14 days of vacation per year + 9 extra days during Christmas and New Year, totalling 23 days per year
